I have no experience with surgery before and it was my first time here at Sono Bello. I did not know what to expect but the Dr. and staff made the process easy for me. It's a life...

I had my lower, upper abdomen, waist and hips done two weeks ago today at the Tacoma Sono Bello I can already see results as well as co-workers, friends and family I'm so excited to watch my body change over the next several months as these areas have been so hard to improve with exercise and diet. I had the best experience with the team at the Tacoma Sono Bello and would recommend them to anyone interested in liposuction. I have terrible nerves when it comes to any kind of medical procedure so you can imagine how nervous I was the day of the surgery Dr. Sobel and his nurse Megan were so caring and patient with me and set me at ease. My week follow up I saw Julie and she was wonderful so nice and professional the staff at the front desk has also been so helpful and always very friendly. I also appreciate the emails I receive with tips and information on how to take care of my body as I heal. I look forward to my 3 month follow up just so I can go back and see all the wonderful employees I would absolutely recommend Tacoma Sono Bello. Two thumbs up :) more

I am very pleased with my experience at Sono Bello, the staff treated me like more than just a patient. They were knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything to me. After the procedure was done I received a call from Dr. Sobel, and he let me know if i had any questions or concerns about the recovery process to contact him directly. I recommend Sono Bello for anyone that is thinking about getting a procedure done. more

My Sono Bello experience thus far has been great!!! I have to admit, when I came in for that first initial consult with Melody I was a bit nervous and maybe even skeptical about what they could really do for me. Melody provided me with information about how the procedure is done, and answered all my questions.....I left feeling that I had all this information I needed and that this was the route for me to go. I chose to have upper and lower abdomen, waist and hip areas done. These have been areas that I have struggled with for several years....and it seemed like no amount of diet and/or exercise were helping. more

For over a decade I fought my ""spare tire"" of a mid-section. Diet, exercise, metabolic enhancers all failed to rid me of the extra weight around my love handles and gut. I would slim down in weight but the last place to lose the inches was always around my waist and I always managed to put the weight back on. I finally decided to look into a more permanent solution. more

I had my lipo done on my stomach on September 22, 2012. the whole experience was great. The staff at Sono Bello are great, very informative, friendly, and the after care follow up is unbelievable. As far as my results I couldn't be happier!!! I turned 50 this year and the last two years no matter what I did my stomach would no go away! I've always gone to the gym at least 3 days a week and started right back up after my six weeks and now I'm really starting to see the change, it's fantastic! This is hands down the best money I have ever spent Thank you Sono Bello for giving me my beach body back! more

Thank you to everyone at Sono Bello. They made my experience so very memorable. ALL of the staff were so friendly, helpful, and compassionate, I couldn't have asked for a more caring group to share my life changing experience with. I am only a week post- op and loving the way I already look. Can't wait to see what comes next as my body changes more and more everyday. The people down at Sono Bello really were nice people, and they all were just so welcoming. as soon as i walked into the door, i was greeted with a nice 'how are you' and after my consultation with Melody; i was ready for it! The customer service was excellent, and all of the doubt i had before hand was cleared up with all the questions that they were able to answer. I just want to say thanks to Sono Bello, i will have the body i've desired for longer than i can imagine. more

The doctors here talk to you in a way that you can understand and make you feel comfortable with your choice to have something done. The nurses and other staff members are both professional and extremely helpful with any questions you might have. I found every one in your office to be very kind and understanding about any concerns their patients might express. While no surgery is ever totally comfortable they made everything as comfortable a was possible and the follow up has been more than I could have hoped for. Thank you to every one with extra's to my Doctor and Julie my nurse. more

I have been thinking about body contouring for awhile now. I finally got up the nerve to set up a consultation. I was nervous and leery as to how this appointment was going to go. I walked in the office and right away I felt very calm. The atmosphere was one of care and concern. I had my consultation with Melody. As we began to talk and discuss my concerns, I felt like I had known her forever. She was fantastic in helping me figure out what would be the best options for me. After we discussed my upcoming procedures, she asked me again if I had any other concerns. I explained to her some of my phobias. She was beyond understanding. She told me she would make sure the Dr. knew my concerns before I had my appointment. I can honestly say, I have never been as impressed as I am with the genuine concern Melody has for her clients. I was so pleased with the whole facility. I walked in there and was treated with respect. They did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. I had the procedure and I am so happy with the results already. It has only been a week in a half and I lost 5 inches already and I know that once all the swelling goes down there will be more inches gone. I am so pleased with this procedure and I will be telling my friends about it. more

melody was super she made me feel comfortable that she had my best interest at heart.Its not easy as a male to share my problem areas such as body fat! I made my initial appointment just to see if there was anything that could fix a bubble of fatty tissue made by not rotating my insulin injection sites (lesson learned). I was initially thinking that the only option was liposuction, not something I was necessarily looking forward too. more

For some reason, I thought lypo wasn't for me. However, after a girlfriend of mine and my mother had it done, and after years of working out trying to minimize my lower belly area from 2 pregnancies, one being a c-section, and never achieving the results I was looking for, I decided to go for a consultation. From that moment on, I have been very happy with my results, and look forward to what's to come as it has only been 2 1/2 months since my procedure. Everyone that I met and talked with at Sono Bella was exceptionally nice, very friendly and supportive -- I felt like we were ""old girlfriends"". At 42, I am so happy that I did something for me and every time I look in the mirror, I can't help but smile. Yay!!! more

Growing up was difficult. I was always heavyset, or as clerk in a clothing department store called it ""CHUBBY"". During high school, I hid myself in sweatshirts, no matter how hot it was. I hated that donut hole that protruded out of my t-shirt revealing the location of my belly button. Hated that puff on the side of my waist that seemed to stretch the shirt apart. YUCK!!! Lucky for me, someone invented the sweat shirt. more
