Wow! From the beginning, the free consultation, I felt listened too. I didn't feel like a dollar sign. The employees at the front desk were courteous and helpful as soon as you walked in the door. The nurses were amazing! It was comforting to see some of them wearing the "lovely black garments" under their scrubs! They were very friendly and put you at ease immediately. Dr. Saxon was great! He too was courteous, listened to my requests and has a great sense of humor. From beginning to the end I felt cared for. The follow up calls, emails and texts were appreciated. I felt informed and comfortable with my decisions from beginning to end! The procedure was fairly painless. Very minimal pain or discomfort afterward, nothing a normal dose of ibuprofen didn't help. If anyone is considering Sonobello, I say do it! You will be glad you did! more

I've had many procedures over the years and this was by far the best. The doctor (Saxon) was a true professional with a wonderful bedside manner. Sadly, that is very rare these days. The whole staff from the consult to the post op apts. have been outstanding and very personable. I would consider this the "Nordstrom" of the cosmetic procedure world. This office seems to understand what the concept of "true customer service" is and how it applies to everything in life. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks. more

I found everyone to be friendly and quite helpful. The procedure , liposuction, was practically painless, and the discomfort for the next few days was mild. There was some stinging at the incision sites and tenderness at the areas where fat was removed, but not enough to be a bother. the doctor who performed the procedure was knowledgeable and gave me good feedback as to what should be done where. I feel the price was quite competitive and reasonable. As to the final results, I can't comment, since I have to wait to see what they will be after the healing has taken place (it's only been 10 days since the procedure) but I can see a difference already. more

I can not express how excited I am with my results. Just one week out, I could tell that stomach was smaller and my knees didn't knock as I walked!! Now that I am about 3 months out from surgery, I can't believe how small my stomach is compared to what I looked like in March. On June 2nd I went in for my procedure and today is June 13th. Within the last two weeks I have been up to see amazing results. I had a little bruising and discomfort after my procedure. The procedure went smoothly. There was very little discomfort. I can barely feel what was going on. The doctor was friendly and welcoming. They give me realistic expectations and made sure that I truly understood what was going to take place. I must say I was a little nervous in the beginning. Within the last 2 weeks, I have seen my body change drastically. I must say that I feel like this was one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to my body. I'm still in the healing process but my body seems to be healing very fast and seeing my new shape reveal itself is very encouraging. I am getting back my confidence. I would say to anyone out there who is considering doing a lipo procedure or body contouring procedure sonobello is the the best decision you could ever make. My downtime was only a couple of days I have returned to the gym and all of my regular activity. I was able to get up and walk around my house the same day without help which was mind-boggling. This was the second procedure I have had done by Sono Bello. I have been pleased with the results both times. This time I was impressed with the staff that I was in contact with from beginning to end. I felt Shab Daghigh was professional and efficient through the intake process. I appreciated Dr. Saxon. He answered all my questions and took time to explain everything that was going to happen throughout the process. He also personally called me to follow up after the procedure. Cherie Dawkins was my nurse. She was professional and kind. I was impressed with her supportness and her ability to answer my questions the morning of the procedure. This put me at ease. They were a dynamic team. I have met with Kristen the aftercare coordinator. She is knowledgeable and a good listener. I appreciate her easy style. All staff at the reception desk are welcoming and represent Sonobello well. Paperwork is clear, thorough, and laid out well. Any staff person that I have asked about their personal experience with body contouring were open and willing to share. I was apprehensive about any serious surgical procedures that I knew nothing about. When I came across Sonobello as an option, I was intrigued by the offer for a complimentary consultation-I could ask all the questions I wanted before actually starting the procedure. I came to sono bello, for my health. I was at 38% BMI. I knew I had to make the choice for myself, if I wanted a full life or to be a victim of my own health. I'm an active 52 year old wife and mom of 3, and have been wanting to address the dreaded menopausal jello tummy and arms that seems to want to hang around, no matter how much I workout or eat right. So, I decided to call Sonobello in Portland, OR. I was greeted by their friendly front office staff, which helped to alleviate those initial jitters. Then came the initial consultation with Shab, who worked her magic to put together a financing plan that worked with my budget. My first of two procedure dates was scheduled promptly, with Dr. Buzzas as my surgeon. He and Sara answered all of my questions, and I was ready to go! The first procedure day was to address my upper/lower abdominals and my waist. I was given medication for pain, nausea, and to calm my nerves before going into the surgery room, and any discomfort that I felt during the procedure (which was minimal) was taken care of immediately. Now, I'm 1 week post op, and in addition to my first follow up today (doing great! Sore, but I'm up and around again), I had my pre op for the second round of procedures (upper arms, front bra and back bra regions) with Dr. Sobel, which is scheduled for tomorrow. If you have been thinking about investing in a more contoured version of yourself, I would highly recommend the incredible team at the Sonobello Portland office.
