I HAVE TRIED THIS RESTAURANT TWICE AND HAVE NOT BEEN IMPRESSED YET. I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE RIBS WITHOUT SAUCE--JUST OF THE SMOKER, SAUCE ON THE SIDE, BUT WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT COOK THEM THAT WAY. THIS COULD BE TRUE BUT LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE MEAT MIGHT BE PRECOOKED FROM THEIR CORPORATE SUPPLIER--- NOT SURE!!!
