As a regular customer of Sonny's in Port Charlotte, the food is always excellent, the service is always wonderful, and the atmosphere is friendly. I had an issue with my card being over charged. I spoke to the manager, who not only credited my card immediately, she treated my son and I to a free lunch for the inconvenience. Talk about excellent customer service! Locals - hit this Sonny's up. Best food around! Pros: Great service, Great Food Cons: None more

good price on baby back ribs. 2/1/2008

Server Laurri was outstanding. Too bad the food wasn't. But they tried to make good. Didn't feel too good after eating. Don't think I'd go back. more
