This is a real, sawdust-on-the-floor, guys in bloody white coats, hanging quarters of beef, kind of butcher shop. Their prices are terrific; here's my favorite example. Their New York style Italian sausage is the best I've ever tasted, and it's $3.49 a pound as of 10/09, when Johnsonville's wannabe dreck is six bucks.
Pros: Best Italian sausge I ever tasted.
Cons: Sometimes you have to wait a while.
