I just spent $8 with the tip for lunch. I never spend that much for lunch. Had the grilled chicken, which I ordered with mustard, but came out with mayo. Sent the fries back because they were cold. The drink was wrong as well, but didnt notice until I was already back in my office. So, I called. The genteman identified himself as being management, had NO CLUE how to handle the call. I was friendly, but direct. ""Spent $8 on my order, and each of the three items was wrong"". He had no solutions... and deferred to someone else while he held the phone and asked, ""do you want to do anything about this complaint?"" I hung up. I have never written a bad review for any business. First time for everything. At the very least, the Harker Heights Sonic needs some management training. I wasn't asking for freebies due to this, he just needed to know that there is a problem in the service at his restaurant... and he needed to not simply pass the buck. I will be bipassing Sonic Harker Heights from now on.
