Oh PUHLEASE! We pulled up, couldn't figure out how to get food ordered. The gal couldn't hear us on the speaker when we ordered and of course they had rock n' roll music blasting through speakers. She FINALLY brought our food, said something about a Chocolate Coke. We said CHOCOLATE COKE? What's that? I ordred Classic Coke! The food was very MEDIOCRE, and bad service with an attitude. Then after we ordered, they told us the little debit/credit card machines next to our car didn't work and we didn't have enough cash to pay them. So I said it would have been nice to know that BEFORE ORDERING. So the waitress tells me if I want to use my debit card, I had to give her my PIN NUMBER so she could run it inside, because customers weren't allowed inside! I'm like... you want me to give you my pin number? That is SO NOT HAPPENING!! I asked to speak to the manager. Told the manager how lousy their service was, and what's up with the debit card machines not working, and that Chocolate Coke thing? And they expect customers to just hand out their pin numbers for their debit cards? How lame is that! End result is the manager gave us our lunch for free. My friend Mr. C was simply ELATED about that (el cheapo) but I informed him that we (or should I say I) EARNED that lunch with all the aggravation just trying to order lunch. And of course he didn't say a thing!! (MEN!!) And while parked and eating our lunch, there was a constant stream of traffic going through the alley way next to the restaurant. All staring at us and blowing car fumes around. Not too pleasant. I'll stick with Wendy's. The food at WENDY'S is good, you actually get lettuce and tomato on your burger, it's cheaper and you don't have to go to China and back trying to figure out how to get a Classic Coke and not a Chocolate Coke (whatever that is). Wendy's here I come!!!! The upside of that fiasco was that my friend had a great time talking about it in the office all afternoon!
Cons: No customers allowed inside, speakers are bad, loud
