He doesn't have any business ethics. He manipulates the price quotes . When I blocked tickets he took a deposit which he said he will deduct from the final price when I purchase the tickets. When I bought the tickets he didn't return the deposit I paid. Instead he said it was in addition to the ticket price and his commission, he doesn't work for free, etc., In my credit card statement I was charged ticket price + $15 commission for each ticket. On top of it he also kept the deposit I gave him. He was never polite with me and argued for about 20 minutes over the deposit and he said that's how he does the business. People who twist or manipulate words while doing business are dishonest. I will not be taking my business to him in the future and I suggest the same. Don't waste your time and money on this. You will likely get better deals online or with popular travel agents else where. more

booked a ticket with him based on his assurance its a reasonable deal. he took credit card information. said ticket will arrive/mail after 2 days. after 2 days, started asking for more money. when asked why, said if you need ticket right now, it'll cost money, else ticket will arrive by normal post after 1 week. complained to the airlines, who confirmed there were other complaints pending against this guy. he's a freak. sitting alone in his office, and nobody visits him. had a duel with the guy who referred me. more
