Excellent results 4/4/2009

I've visited this medspa on two occasions and was very satisfied with my results. They offer the standard procedures but often times runs specials. The staff was experienced and knowledgeable about the services that they offered and took the time to explain each one. Very nice office with state of the art equipment. more

Avoid Hair Removal Hype 2/25/2009

Starting the Laser Hair removal nearly a year ago I was excited and looked forward to today. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions. Supposedly I'm in the group that should see the best results, very fair skin with dark hairs. Almost a year later and thousands of dollars, and only a small reduction of hair. They're already trying to prep me for paying for more treatments when the first ones didn't work, they miss sections of hair during every single treatment, and if something comes up after your treatment, they will not correct the problem. Pros: Nice Ambience, Nice Staff Cons: Services don't do what they say they will, no attempt at working with the customer and don't let you know deadlines up front more

They have a great friendly staff there. Bridget always greets me with a smile and knows me by name, which makes me feel great. They always seem to have specials going on with the services they offer. Pros: Discret exit more

BEST MEDSPA AROUND!! 12/2/2006

I get Botox and Restylane here. I have had this done at other spa's before, but out of all that I have been to, Sona medspa is the best. Pros: Valet Parking, Inside Woodlands Mall, across from my Yoga studio Cons: Call ahead for appointments. more

If you want to feel like your the most important customer they have. Pros: convient valet parking rembersment. convient appointment scheduling, great customer service Cons: the estetition is only there one day a week more
