When I went in I got 2 large area packages. I was told I had to pay right then and there to get the discount and they had a medical credit card I could get. So I did, and I was told I would get 0% interest for a year if my total was over $999. Well my total was double that everything seemed fine at first. 6 months later though I started to get charged interest...on the entire amount, not just what was left. I called the credit card and they told me I had to contact my place of service. I called and spoke with Gina, the same woman who I had my consult with, and she told me she didn't think there was anything to do but she would call the credit card and see if there was a way I could get the remaining 6 months interest-free, but I still had to pay interest on the first 6 months. I was extremely upset because I was promised interest free for a year and then she said to me "it's been 6 months, you shouldn't owe anything anymore." I did when I thought I had an entire year to pay it off! Of course Gina never called me back, or returned my calls, to tell me what she found out through the credit card. Needless to say I will not be going back there, the service I was getting done was only halfway decent too. more

Do NOT go!!! I received one treatment of lipo dissolve that left me totally dissatisfied. They billed me for six treatments. I told them immediately that I was very unhappy and they told me they would refund my money. Never did, despite repeated attempts by phone and in person. Bottom line, they have $3,000 of my money. I feel totally violated. Save yourself some money and heartache and steer clear of this unscrupulous business. Pros: none Cons: Scam artists more

the service was not what was promised and when I called for a manager three times I never recieved a return call. They will gladly smile and take your money but once they are done with that they truely don't care. more

I had procedures done at Sona in connection with a project through Alma Lasers. I have to say that all of the staff was very friendly, courteous and very concerned about my comfort. The physicians are extremely professional and have an amazing "bedside" manner. They LISTEN to concerns and are genuine. I underwent hair removal using the Soprano XL as well as Accent and Pixel treatments. That was almost 8 months ago and I'm still raving about the results. Unfortunately, IL is a hike for me so I was able to find a physician with the same lasers in WI. I called Sona to get medical records and they were more than happy to help me out. I'd go back to Sona in a heartbeat if it wasn't 2 hours away. more

I attended this SPA's opening on a whim...and because Spa Girl held a bash there and who can turn down free services, food and drink! So happy I did. This is THE SPA and from now on this is MY SPA. The opening was really a treat, incredibly nice folks who offered up advice, free services (make-over, micro-dermabrasion, and a sono facial!), but more importantly did not try to push sales at me. The facilities were beautiful, clean, serene and everyone who works there is absolutely beautiful! All treatments were wonderful, professional, relaxing and pleasant..but more importantly showed results! The experience was so nice, I decided after a two and a half year hiatus from botox to give Dr. Choski a try. A couple of years ago I had a bad experience at a Gold Coast Spa. I went in with a coupon for botox, and walked out $2,100 poorer and essentially unhappy with the results. Yes, I buckled under the high sales pressure. Needless to say...I never went back. I discussed the procedure with Dr. Choski and decided to go for it. I'm so happy I did. First, there is no high pressure sales. If after meeting with Dr. Choski you decide to go for it, so be it. If not, no problem. My first surprise was the cost...I knew exactly what the treatment would cost before he did it, and it was surprisingly less than I paid previously. $12.00 per unit! Let me say that again...$12.00 per unit. I had smoker's lines on both sides of my mouth that are gone now using only 1 unit each. $24.00 total for those lines. He used much less botox that I had previously and the results were better and pain-free. No lines on my forehead, no crunch between my brows, my crow's feet are gone too! I have lost the wrinkles but not the movement...what a difference. The staff at Sona seem to actually "like" what they do and prefer to find out what you want, rather than tell you what they think you need. They are caring, kind and courteous. Give it a try.
