They're very responsive to me. Sona Medspa of Little Rock will rearrange my appointments as needed based on my schedule. They're very friendly when I go into the office, and they answer my questions. They have me on a weight loss program, and it's the best one I've ever been on. If you do what they tell you to do, you will succeed. I love it. more

Sona Medspa of Little Rock has done really good. They are usually pretty accessible, and they will try to change your scheduled appointment times if you need them to. Other than that, everything is nice and pleasant. They are really friendly, and they know me when I call. They are pretty attentive to anything I need, and I have no problems with that. more

I definitely give Sona Medspa of Little Rock all 5's, especially because of the service and the staff, the amenities. Even though the procedures are painful, they are effective. The staff, from the first person you see to the people doing your procedure to the people you see on your way out, could not be anymore professional and friendly. The are very cautious to maintain your safety throughout your appointments. They are extremely attentive to your needs. As a nurse myself, I really appreciate how much care and attention they pay to their client's needs. They are extremely professional. more

This is the most complete service spa with qualified medical personnel 10/19/2012

The spa is relaxing, the staff are well versed and offer FREE consultations for you. Plans are customized for your concerns. But best is the staff have been trained and are medical staff. Check them for yourself. you will be pleasently surprised. more

Very pleased with treatments & wt loss program 9/21/2012

Staff is very supportive - during the treatments explanations are given and several times they check to make sure I am comfortable and doing ok - atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. Very professional. more
