First experience w sona and laser hair removal. Was a bit nervous going in but the staff was extremely comforting and made it easy to go through. Definitely recommended to anyone interested in a professional atmosphere and great service! more

I have been going to Sona for 3 years for the treatment of Cellulite. I have received both Lipotherapy Injections and Accent Treatments. Even though the results have taken longer than what I had originally anticipated, the results are AMAZING! The staff is absolutely phenomenal. For those of you looking to rid yourself of Cellulite ... this is the place. But be advised that you need to be patient ... Cellulite is very stubborn. Absolutely worth any cost, because it WORKS!! WOW, I LOVE THIS PLACE! more

It was a waste of money and time. I consulted a dermatologist who said that Sona probably did not have the laser set right since I did not feel anything during the first 3 treatments for laser hair removal. He said that I would have been able to feel something but I didn't. Then when I went for the last treatment, the lady before that said that she would have it arranged so that a nurse would evaluate me that day BUT nobody showed up to do that and it wasn't mentioned by the lady that did the treatment. The one that said she would set it up was conveniently on vacation. As a customer and a RN, I would not recommend your company to anyone. more

I've been going to SONA for over a year now for a varity of treatments and LOVE the eperience and the people there. They are always polite, fun and efficient. Additionally, I LOOK GREAT! I would recommend SONA to anyone looking to enhance anything about themselves without going through an expensive plastic surgery! more

I received one pixel session on an inch-long tattoo on the back of my neck that I have already had 7 laser sessions on (at another treatment facility). I was told this treatment was the best option to remove the rest of the diminishing tattoo, however I saw no visible results after two weeks of the treated area being swollen, raw, and painful. The healing process wasn't unexpected, as I said, this is not my first rodeo with laser treatments, but I was very disappointed in the results, or lack thereof. Also, I was told that a microdermabrasion would be done before the laser to even out the skin, which I never received. more

I wish I had seen these reviews before I visited Sona Med Spa. I signed up for the laser hair removal and was very disappointed. I am a naturally dark blonde almost tipping into a very light brown and when I read in the Sona info that the laser isn't always effective at removing blonde hairs, I immediately questioned the technician as to whether or not I would have any issues. I was assured that I wouldn't have any issues as it was only a problem for very light blondes so I signed away. I went to all of my treatments which were very painful as they turned the laser up to a very high setting when they were unable to get results at a lower setting. After 6 sessions spread out over months, I saw absolutely NO change. Of course the contract states that they cannot guaruntee results. I would have never paid for the expensive treatments if I had been told that I wasn't likely to get a good outcome. The technician that told me I wouldn't have a problem was no longer working at Sona. I was told it wouldn't have mattered even if she was still there as they wouldn't honor anything I had been told verbally. So no results and out a bunch of money. Buyer beware if you have light brown/dark blonde hair or lighter. If your results are like mine, you'll have invested a lot of time, money and pain to get nothing in return. Did anyone at Sona care? I have also had the Accent XL and it dramatically reduced my loose skin around my flanks and abs. I have also enjoyed botox there. I have referred many of my own clients to Sona and would really encourage you to check them out personally. more

I loved my experience with Sona. I got laser hair removal on my bikini line and although it hurt a lot, I would do it again in a heartbeat. The results were great. I was informed from the beginning that some hair would grow back. Reading the reviews, I am not sure why some people feel mislead. It clearly states in the contract that you could see some regrowth and touch-up treatments are recommended. more

Great results with my bikini and underarms , I love not having to shave everyday!!! I just started on my legs and I am very happy with my service!!!!! Pros: great staff Cons: cancellation policy more
