I have just had a wonderful experience at this shop. My daughter had ordered a wedding dress from another dress shop and they were storing it for her. We went for a fitting at the shop and they LOST her dress. I called something old something new and they advised that they would be more than willing to try and help us find the same exact dress and get it to us in plenty of time for the wedding . We drove to the store and were greeted by very professional and friendly employees. They were able to help find the dress and also helped us with the bridesmaids dresses and helped to save what started out to be a heart breaking day for my daughter.
