The main reason I moved here is because the location but I really love having my washer & dryer in my apartment. It's nice not having to go out of the apartment to wash the cloth...

New Management 6/15/2010

New management took over about 5 months ago and they've been busy since. They got the pool up and running and keep it clean. You can't beat the location, close to Wichita State, shopping, food, work. The maintenance people seem to know what they're doing and they usually get things done within 24 hours and the managers are very nice. Pros: location, management, pool, washer & dryer more

  • Somerset Apartments is conveniently located right down the street from Wichita State University, near 21st Woodlawn. It is close to shopping, dinning, nightlife, and pretty much anything else you need. All of our spacious layouts feature walk-in closets while all 2 bedroom units even have washer and dryer hookups and some units have a fireplace. Each building has it's own laundry room so you don't have go out in the rain or snow to wash your clothes! Each apartment features electric ovenrange, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
