Great property management 1/2/2013

Somebody Who Cares has managed my rental apartment for several months. During this time a leak occurred in the early morning. Their staff was quick respond and repair the problem. Tenant concerns are addressed promptly. Their service is not limited to property management. I recently purchased a two bedroom townhouse. My budget was limited to $10,000 to get the townhouse turn-key ready. Somebody Who Cares' team of professionals installed hardwood floors, painted throughout , completed electrical and cosmetic repairs. Work was completed in a few weeks under budget thanks to their team. more

As someone whose family has been in real estate for 35+ years, and I have both managed properties and worked for real estate investment firms that need to hire and manage numerous property management agencies, I can honestly say that Somebody Who Cares is by far and away the best property management company I have ever encountered hands down, and the second best isn't even close. more

Good service 8/6/2012

Been in an apartment for a few months. Had a few leaks and and some bug issues but got it taken care of within the week. They seem good for now, I hope it stays that way. more

Pretty good company 8/6/2012

I have lived in Dillon for 10 years. These guys are pretty good. Honest. Generally responsive to repairs. It's a real business, whereas many management companies are kind of shady. They won't screw you over or anything. more

Great property management 7/30/2012

Management and Maintenance are VERY responsive - any problems were fixed the day I turned in my request and were addressed and handled very professionally. Any time there has been a security issue we've received notices and they have posted fliers around the building with warning. I've never had such great customer service as this from a property management in the past. more
