I had Eric as my trainer and he know how to give your muscles a workout. He trained for injuries as well and to cater properly for your injuries. He is very attentive to make sure you are doing correctly, and sometime he will even give you a shoulder run when your stretching to help loosen up the knots.
Soma has a few pilates tools I have never seen like the foot arch correcter, to help with fallen arches.
The studio is quaint and clean.
The parking is no longer free, but usually you can find parking on Melrose. If you do park in the lot, sometime you need to watch out for the paparazzi waiting for someone to come out.
