I don't know what has happened in the year since these last reviews were written, but I found Dr Hansen to be quite unpleasant. He barked bossily, didn't listen, was rude to his staff, and had the demeanor of a dictator. Arrogant and impatient, was unhelpful and stiff. \r And don't make the mistake of addressing him by his first name! He MUST be doctor hansen at all times! \r The fellow clearly needs to help himself before healing anyone else. more

I like how friendly and easy going Dr. Hansen is - he's been my chirpractor for about a year now and he's always asking me where I want the focus on when I come in. more

Unlike the last chiropractor I went to, the doctors here have a healing touch that has made a huge difference in how I'm feeling - I have a lot of lower back pain from an car accident I was in a few years ago. The doctors here focused on the areas I needed help with, much appreciated that. more

I have been to many chiropractors but this one was amazing. I was thrown about severely in an almost car accident. The next morning I literally had to crawl to the telephone. My husband drove home to help me get dressed and take me to the clinic. The doctor got me in first thing in the morning. I could barely walk. Every move was extremely painful. I was very upset because this was the week before Thanksgiving, I thought I would have to cancel all our plans because there was no way I would be able to be healed in so short a time. I had an appointment with an othopedic doctor for two hours after this visit. I didn't think he would be able to help me. But I cancelled that appointment because I felt so much better. He took xrays. The treatment was very very brief. I couldn't believe it. I got up and walked down the hall. I only missed that day of work. I feel great today. I thought I would have to miss days of work, my boss wasn't too happy. I was feeling so good I don't think my friends at work could I believe I couldnt walk the day before. Most doctors like to drag the treatments on forever. When I went back to my follow up visit he said wow you are walking. Do you need another treatment? Not really I said. he was really honest not trying to milk the system. I have really excellent insurance so he could have dragged it on, and I wouldn't even have to make a co=payment, but he wasn't about just making money. He used a strange metal thing on the muscles that I have never seen before. He said he is the only one in Salt Lake County that can use it. Whatever it was it worked. I have had lots of problems with my back. But I have never got better this quick. If you want to get in and out and on with your life quick I highly reommend this gentleman. more

I went to see Dr. Hansen a few months ago about serious headaches. He took his time to assess what was going on and what I was feeling. He gives me realistic expectations and is honest with what he finds. I have been to so many other doctors (neurologists, chiropractors, family practice Dr's... etc.) Dr. Hansen was the first person to agree with me on what I was feeling and that it was a real issue. He used the Graston technique on my neck and shoulder muscles and I felt an immediate difference. I could tell that this was actually going to work! He didn't tell me the unrealistic idea that he would cure me in a few short visits, but that with Graston combined with the effort I put in, he would make it so my headaches would be few and far between and manageable. Dr. Hansen is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make sure the problem is corrected. Also, Solutions Clinic offers a wide variety of solutions to assure that your spine will heal properly after the adjustment to your spine.
