Solon Co-Op Preschool

I can't say enough wonderful things about this school. My first daughter went to this school 2 years ago. She was a very shy child and I was worried about seperation anxiety. The teachers were wonderful. They called me at home to discuss how we would handle her anxiety. Within 2 days she was happily waving goodbye to me and giving her teachers a hug. By the end of the year she had grown so much and become so confident. They prepared her so well for Kindergarten. more

My child has attended the Solon Cooperative Preschool for the past 2 years and will be attending this fall. My husband and I cannot say enough positives about this school. Our child loves it - and the teachers! Pros: Caring environment, offer extracurricular activities, you can watch your child learn! Cons: NONE! more

Our 1st son went to Solon Co-op for both 3 and 4 yr old preschool, and he loved it. It was such a good experience for him. We could see him growing socially and academically throughout his time there. Thanks to Solon Co-op, he was very well prepared for kindergarden. But the very best part of the Co-op is the wonderful people. The teachers and administrators are all very warm, caring people who take a sincere interest in the children. Since the school is a cooperative, the parents are very involved in running the school, each serving on a committee or the board. Also, at least one parent is in each class to assist the two teachers every day. The entire school feels like one big family. It's a very nurturing and positive environment.
