I have been a client of Soleil and Soheila for many years and continue to stay a devoted customer. I have also referred many friends and family members to Soleil who have also remained devoted customers. The service has always been friendly and professional and I have always been more than satisfied with my eyebrows, facials, massages, hair styles (when they had hair dressers), and of course the atmosphere. Thank you Soleil for providing a sanctuary for me, my friends and family. more

Had the worst customer experience today with Soleil Day Spa. Someone from the spa called me on my cell to yell at me for commenting to a friend that their receptionist was horrible when I was there on Saturday. After yelling at me for a good minute, she hung up on me! Never again...never again will I go to Soleil Day Spa! more

I had a Groupon for a Facial. It was one of the best experience and treatment I've ever had. Emily was just fantastic and made me feel like a queen. I get my eye brows done by Soheila; everywhere I go I get lots of complements on them. I love going there and I travel over 40 minutes to see Soheila every-week. When I walk in; they greet me by my first name and make me feel very special. I recommend this Spa for everyone. more

Soheila is the best at getting rid of unwanted facial hair! My skin has reacted to waxing with a break out after and I have found that threading left my skin clear. It is still a painful process, but a great techinque! I am looking forward to doing the laser hair removal with the nurse Bobbi! All the ladies at Soleil are wonderful and make you feel good! more

I had my first laser treatment in 1996 at a plastic surgeon's office in Los Angeles. I ended up with 2nd degree burns all over my face, which resulted in scaring. The hair came back.\r \r Between 2000 and 2005 I had laser treatments in several locations in Portland ranging from Soft light to Sona and the latest technology at the Vander Veer Center. I burned, blistered and scabbed each time and the hair continued to grow back.\r \r At the urging of a friend, I had my first laser treatment at Soleil over a year ago, followed by 4 consequent procedures. I never once burned or even welted up and for the first time ever, the hair did not come back! I have one more session left to go and at this point I have seen about an 80% reduction in the stubborn hairs that I never thought would go away. \r \r In addition to efficient and professional service, I was lucky enough to have Soheila Sedegh (the owner) do my last laser treatment and talk me into threading my eyebrows. WOW- what an experience! The treading was quick, way less painful than tweezing or waxing and I ended up with the most sharp and precise lines around my eyebrows that I have ever seen! 2 weeks later, I continue to get compliments on my eyebrows and I have told everyone I know about my find. \r \r Thank you Soheila and staff for creating such a warm and comfortable atmosphere and for providing unique and AFFORDABLE services. Vastly disappointing. I went for laser treatments and was burned 3 of the 6 times (very painful for several days after). The technician was clearly not qualified. She seldom remembered what I was having done despite looking at the chart. At one point she tried to perform the laser while on her cell phone! On more than one occasion, proper sanitation was not implemented in between patients. They were unapologetic for the scheduling errors on their part, which occurred 4 out of the 6 times. I love this place. I've only gotten my eyebrows here before, but I'm sure that the other services are great as well. I recommend Soheila, I've been going to her for 4/5 years now, and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. She really takes her time and listens to you so that she could provide you with what you want. I have recommended her to a friends and she has been going to her for almost as long as we have. I have moved away from Portland, but whenever I'm in town, I make sure to make an appointment. My friend and I have joked that if we were rich and famous, we would fly her out for the weekend (to where ever we lived) and have her do our eyebrows.
