The salon is so clean, employee are very knowledgeable, give you lots of information that shows how educated they are and definitely know what they're doing. And they're not pushy...

Worst

This particular location needs a new mystic machine! I can do the mystic once and get great color! Although I am usually soaking wet with the solution afterwards. And then 1 week ...

Worst tanning salon I've ever been to! They will try to sell sell sell you everything they can. AND if you want to get out of your ""contract"" you have to go IN PERSON. Horrible business! Not worth it at all! more

Best Salon, Best Prices 2/12/2012

The salon is so clean, employee are very knowledgeable, give you lots of information that shows how educated they are and definitely know what they're doing. And they're not pushy. Always greet you with smile by your name. And speaking of prices - (I'm a very economical person), but all my friends and I couldn't find better prices for what they're offered. We checked that Palm Beach Tan prices are higher and employees are not as nice. I recommended and will continue to recommend Solar Dimensions in Acworth to all my friends and anyone who asks more

Horrible Pricing 11/4/2011

They completely rip you off on their VersaSpa packages. I was told over the phone it was $59 per month for ""unlimited"" VersaSpa each month. I get there and all of a sudden that only applies to a ""Level 1"" VersaSpa package which only includes the lowest level of dark. Trust me as someone that has used VersaSpa for years, their pricing is WAY TOO HIGH. PalmBeach tan offers unlimited VersaSpa treatments each month without charging an extra $5 for moisturizer and an extra $5 for going ""darker."" more

I normally don't like to write reviews or blogs. But I am so impressed with this salon that I have to share. The ladies behind the counter are very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is amazing, tanning beds, spray machine and everything they have is top of the line. Not even mention how clean it is. It's true pleasure to come to this salon. There are several tanning places in Acworth but after tanning at Solar Dimensions other places feel like stables. Thank you, Solar Dimensions Acworth! more

BEST tanning salon 10/11/2010

I have been using this salon for for years due to their great service on tanning-spray and beds, teeth whitening, lumiere and am now using their new technology. Great staff and service. Knowledgeable, friendly, clean. Thanks Solar Dimensions. more

AMAZING SPRAY TAN 8/7/2009

Solar Demensions at Mars Hill Rd. in Acworth is the BEST> You are always greeted with a smile. The girls know there stuff. The salon is always clean! I am a fair skinned blonde and have always wanted a tan but with history of skin issues was afraid to tan. The versa spa is a great alternative and my tan is BEAUTIFUL and natural looking! ILOVE SOLAR DEMENSIONS!!! Pros: great tan in a few minutes more

The environment and staff at this location are amazing. Not to mention the amazing lotion and top of the line beds. I would never consider getting a tanning membership at another salon. Pros: Staff, Equipment, Environment Cons: None! more

Everyone is so friendly! The employees are very knowledgable about the products and services because they have tried them all. Everyone is always so helpful and they give me the one on one attention I need in helping me decide exactly what product or service would fit me best. Pros: Very comfortable surroundings, very relaxing, knowledgable staff Cons: More package options involving Mystic Tan more

Need New Mystic Machine! 10/15/2008

This particular location needs a new mystic machine! I can do the mystic once and get great color! Although I am usually soaking wet with the solution afterwards. And then 1 week later I can get absolutely nothing! I mean...nothing! When you are wanting to do mystic for a special occasion it is horrible when you trust the machine will work to it's fullest and then you are left waiting 6 hours and end up being pale (no time now to go somewhere else). Pros: Location Cons: Needs to update to new mystic!!!!! more

Miscommunications...? 8/18/2008

Requested service terminated one month early on four month contract. Confirmed four times over 5 weeks the early cancellation date was correct. (Never offered cancellation paperwork even when asked what need to be done. Told the date was already the early termination date.) Credit card charged month after cancellation date despite the four verbal confirmations of early cancellation date. Representative was to call next day after she talk with owners since she was not allowed to give refunds at that location. Called late the next day after not receiving a return call. Message relayed from representative that they could not give refunds. Could either come by and sign cancellation forms to not be charged again (even though it was suppose to be the last charge on the original contract) or receive 30 days of a service that was not wanted or usable due to travel and other obligations. (The reason for the early cancellation.) more
