If you want to know what it feels like to get screwed royally then do business with solar 1st.Lets start off with the phone reps They are unexperienced and lie to you regarding the federal stimulus that has already ran out but they still offer it.My name is on the DNC but yet they still called me they stated that they received a referral"BS" this is their way around the scheme.The salesman comes out once again pushy an inexperienced. Once the product is sold the installers come in to do their part. Installers were not bad though. When you need assistance you get to call the office in Sanford but good luck reaching them since they are always at lunch. Apparently someone by the name of Jennifer is the head honcho. You can hear her in the background cursing up a storm. The product is cheaply made and can be purchased at a 1/4 of the cost by shopping around at surplus stores. Priced at $10k for a $3k piece of equipment is a pure joke. Oh look they are on the news yet again for lying to customers. Stay away I tell you!!
