I bought a buddy scooter ( lily) in April. Last month while riding to class, my scooter stopped on me in the middle of the road. I called Solano and they sent a truck out to pick up me and my scooter. When they arrived they checked out the scooter and found I had run out of gas. They put gas in the scooter and everything was fine. Amanda told me this happens because the scooter gets at least 100 miles per gallon, so just keep an eye on the fuel gage. I can not believe I had never put gas in my scooter. everything was great. Thanks, Solano, you guys are great and so is my scooter (lily) more

I took my scooter in today for a ""physical"" and some minor problems. The young man who was there, I think his name was Liam, quoted me $200 and at least a day before my ""beast"" was ready. I was quite pleased to have it back by end of the day and under the quoted price. Thank you, Solano Cycle, for providing GREAT service and prices! more

Solano cycle fixed my scooter. I had a bad experience from the shop I bought the scooter from (another scooter shop in Gainesville.) I had problems with the scooter the day after I bought it. For three weeks they tried to fix it, but it still did not work. I was charged over $300.00 dollars. I was told my warranty did not cover this problem. I ran out of money and could not ride my scooter. \r \r A friend told me to take it to Solano. When I took it in and told them the story, and I very little money to fix the scooter.\r \r They took a look at it and all it needed was a spark plug and a few adjustments. My total bill was $34.00, and within a half hour I was riding again.\r \r Thanks, Solano, I will let everyone know how happy I am with your service\r \r Wish, I had bought the scooter from your shop more
