Ok so I have been on the customer service hold line for the past 20 minutes, this happens everytime I have to call them. They have no email to contact customer service, isn't that crazy for an ISP. I have been using their fixed wireless, for 3 years. In that time speed has cut in half and monthly fees have increased by 33% I often get download speeds of 300 kb/s and 50 kb/s upload and pings of over 100 ms. Its advertised as up to 3mb/s but that has never happened. I used to get 1500 kb/s before they overcrowded their network. The system often goes down so you have to call in to get them to reboot it. The latency is so bad you can't use a voice over ip and often get booted if you are playing video games online. And I am still on hold!
