Made a purchase of about $2000, they had both my sofa table and sectional chipped and cracked at the bottom, refused to deliver my items, had to speak to their management after not being able to reach their regional management because according to Patrick "the store manager" who pretends possessing excellent customer service, that "his company has become too big", which means they don't really care for a customer.... If we "customers" ask for a fair return and service to what we paid, they'd be eagre to kick you out of the store, according to Katie "the sales person" who lied to me and told me the sofa table will e delivered assembled, and the assistant manager who had no clue said the table as instruction sheet in it, which nothing was true!
Pros: If you have free time to waste, try Sofa Mart!
Cons: Terrible customer service, too big to care for a customer!
