Not Happy in Bluffton 12/31/2009

Bad: Bad customer service, new to the area and heard their great commercials on TV- Well, not so...There is never a manager in the store, how convenient for them and they never return your phone calls. There are some great furniture stores in Bluffton but this is not one of them. Would not recommend especially if you have to order an item.. Improvements: Have sales people that follow up with their customers and tell the truth!. more

bad service 9/25/2005

I am sorry to say that I had problems here. My order never came even though they charged me for it. I finally had to contact the manufacturer, myself to get the complete order. Maybe I just had a bad sales person, but I 've heard of others who have shared problems. The selection is good, but you need to confident in the service, too. more
