I had acne when I was a teenager and it was bad enough then, but to get a bunch of pimples as an adult is SO embarrassing. I had tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked so I went to Soderstroms as a last resort. I am so glad I did and wish I had gone there before I spent a bunch of cash on other stuff. The staff were great and understood why I wanted this acne gone and I don't know how many times they explained the creams and treatments to me (I must be a slow learner!). My acne is getting better and I am SO happy! I am telling everyone about Soderstrom Skin Institute, I just wish I had found it sooner! more

Okay service, a little frustrating 11/7/2005

The doctor's office is convenient to locate. Their appointments are fairly readily available. I went in and had a mole removed. They did a good job of making it quick. The two big beefs I had with this place surround around timeliness. The first one is that all my appointments ran significantly late. The second problem was the fact that they made me come back for a second appointment to tell me my biopsy was clear when they could have just called. more
