Soda Jerks

This fun place has lots to look at and a varied selection of ice cream treats to indulge yourself. Sodas, malts, shakes, splits and sundaes made the old fashioned way- with great quality ice cream. Have no doubt- eating Fosselman's ice cream surrounded by funky memorabilia can't be beat. There are a few tables outside which is nice sometimes when the TV's are blaring inside. The TV's can be a big distraction and sometimes make conversation difficult. Ask the staff to turn them down or off if need be! They serve breakfast and have burgers, dogs, sandwiches and sides available at lunch and dinner. The meals are pretty straight forward fare- expect fries and plastic basket. The prices are reasonable enough to make this a nice alternative to a fast food meal for the family when you have a little more time than money to enjoy yourselves. more

if you like soda and ice cream then this is the place for you. the food is not too expensive and it is in a nice area. if you would like to save more money then go to restaurant.com and buy a dining pass that works for lunch only. the people are very nice and the food is good for the price. you will not be disappointed. more

if you like good old fashioned ice cream parlours where they serve you sundays in booths then this is the place to go. there are not too many places left that serve ice cream like this with the popularity of chains like coldstones skyrocketing but if you like ice cream floats or other nostalgia then you could come here. more

If you're craving a real old-fashioned soda, sundae or milk shake, this is the place for you. Soda Jerks not only has a fun atmosphere and a classic old soda fountain counter—it serves the real thing including drinks you just can't find any more like egg creams. It also is one of the only places I know that serves Fosselmann's ice cream (once again, the real thing—cream and all-real ingredients). They also have great burgers, fries and salads—and their tuna melt is the classic at its best! more
