I am a neighbor in the block this is located on. I don't know what the quality is inside this place, but what I see outside makes me question it. The staff takes some of the residents on walks in the neighborhood individually, which is a good thing. But the staff member that does this always walks way ahead of the elderly person - like 2/3 block ahead - and occasionally looks back to see where the elderly person is. It seems that the elderly are being treated more like dogs than people at this place. The poor elderly people there walk so slow and it seems to be such an effort. If they took a tumble, they would not have someone next to them to help break the fall. Not to mention that it is just good manners to walk WITH a person, rather than WALK THE PERSON. The elderly deserve to be treated like people, not pets.
