If you are looking to hold focus group or team building sessions in NYC I suggest sohosoleil. It’s hard to find a private meeting venue with breakout areas. At long last we found day rental spaces in the chic soho area. Our favorite is the one that’s on the corner with big windows… we didn’t feel trapped in a dark boardroom or hotel type space. They had shades that we pulled down for our power point presentations. We are a very large international corporation with CFOs and CEOs coming in from all over the world. I've had occasion to use the SohoSoleil space numerous times for small conferences and meetings. It is always a pleasure to arrive for a long day of work to friendly and accommodating personnel and to a warm and inviting atmosphere. In addition to the excellent condition and cleanliness of this period loft space, the light streaming in and the space outside the windows transport you mentally and physically far and above the cavernous streets. In the times I was there, I had many details addressed quickly and professionally throughout the day, from requested services and additional office supplies to information about the resources of the surrounding neighborhood. The space itself is like none other when it comes to a private, serene and uplifting environment within the hustle and bustle of SOHO. Many of us already know that it is the “Go To” location when a meeting calls for the need to step outside of (and think outside of) your daily office box!
