Great customer service 4/30/2009

This is why after visiting three different storage places, I chose to give my business to Socal Self storage. I have been a customer since 2009 and I can honestly say that the staff, among other qualities, is what has kept me to stay here as long as I have. They are extremely courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. It is the cleanest storage ever, and whenever I need help with anything the staff is always there ready to go. Clean and well maintained. very comfortable storage 4/27/2009

The extra drive was worth every penny. I have never seen a more better maintained facility. The floors did not have one speck of dirt, the windows were spotless, and even the bathrooms smelled good. Chris and David were great. the staffing is so helpful that even the Janitor was willing to help me in the elevator. Don't ever change, highly recommend. Not your averagre storage facility! 4/23/2009

the staff at So Cal Self Storage are extremely helpful and places the customer's best interest as first priority. they have a fully stocked lobby with coffee, tea, snacks, and specialized So Cal Self Storage water bottles for the customers. The facility itself is well lit, safe, and secure. I wouldn't dream of storing my precious belongings anywhere else!!! Pros: friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, surveillance cam more

Amazing Storage Facility! 4/23/2009

This facility is immaculate, always clean, amazing customer service, and even a free truck to help you move in. David, Chris, and Corey go above and beyond what employees should do. I like the fact that the hallways are always nice and lit up, and I dont feel scared to go to my unit. They have coffee to wake me up in the morning, and water to cool me down during the afternoon. I have no doubt in my mind that my stuff is safe, and being well taken care of with there amazing security, and a/c units. Pros: Security, A/C, FREE water and coffee, more

Nice & Safe Storage 4/23/2009

Chris risser was always kind enough to call me when my payment was due so I wouldn't incur any late charges. He also made sure I was in the right sized space for my needs even if it meant downsizing to a cheaper unit. Pros: Helpful Staff Cons: Not open in the evenings past 6:00 PM more

Worth every dollar! 4/22/2009

Solid place to store your belongings because they will remain clean and safe. Lots of amenities and courtesy, which makes moving a bit easier. They have boxes that you can buy and store your goods--these include dishwasher boxes so you can pack your kitchen in under 10 mins (no joke), and closet boxes so you can just grab the hangers and put them in the box; I packed my closets in 15 mins using these boxes. The pricing is not the best, but you get what you pay for. I am 100% satisfied and will continue storing with So Cal Storage. Pros: Free move in truck and bottled water, impecably clean Cons: Place can get very busy, they only have 1 free move in truck more

Cleanest place to Store in the valley! 4/16/2009

My firiend refered me to So Cal. The staff is pleasant, professional, helpful and very knowledgable. Chris was straight forward and helped me determine the size I needed. This facility is not only new but is very clean and maintained. Best facility ever! Keep it up guys you rock. Pros: Safe & Secure- Nice staff Cons: Free move in truck is for new move ins only more
