SoCal Overnight?s website looks like they clearly have their act together.
With our companies experience on Friday, June 10, 2011 this is clearly not the case. Lorge Fabrication shipped 4 boxes via SoCal Overnight call tag # 70987 on June 9, to a Lorge dealer located in Santa Clarita. SoCal Overnight is right next door to Lorge Fabrication. Lorge Fabrications agreement with SoCal Overnight was to deliver the boxes to Santa Clarita by 5pm the following day (Friday 5pm). We received a call around 1pm, by Kellie or Nancy stating that they made an error and that the boxes are sitting in their warehouse still and didn?t make the truck. Our response to them was very simple?we have an agreement and you need to solve your own problem and get them to the destination by 5pm. Within 10 minutes Kellie or Nancy delivered the boxes we had shipped with them back to our facility. SoCal Overnights decision was to do nothing at all but to pretend the situation did not happen. They just dropped the problem they created in our lap.

We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to you, and we will do whatever necessary to achieve your requirements. Give us a break SoCal Overnight?you did nothing and we will never use your services again. You failed us and cost us to upset and possible loose one of our dealers in Santa Clarita by missing your deadline and agreement that we had in place.
They pride themselves on the next day delivery service. They continue on to say ?SoCal Overnight is an overnight delivery and logistics service offering premier delivery capabilities to our clients.? Jeff, the owner, per the website ?believes in promoting personal relationships with his clients? If Jeff believes in promoting business and personal relationships, he needs to re-read the book on how to create relationships.
