Cathie and her staff are the best...very caring, honest, and efficient people. They go above and beyond the call of duty and so easy to work with. I have had my things in storage at their facility for atleast 3 years and have no complaints whatsoever. Torrance Self Storage is not your average storage facility. They go above and beyond to make your storage experience the easiest as possible. The management team is beyond wonderful, and their customer service is beyond your typical standard's, and they work very hard to maintain a great relationship with their tenants. They always go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, when you feel comfortable you feel safe. That is a huge plus. more

This storage facility is very clean. It has great prices. The staff is wonderful... I highly recommend speaking to Cathie, Raphael, and Travis. These people are very helpful and work very hard to make sure I'm completely satisfied. They immediately made me feel comfortable with storing my products here. Also there is plenty of parking available. I want to let you readers know that I'm a very paranoid/cautious person. In fact I actually called the Torrance Police Department and did my own research on this facility before I signed any paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there had NOT been any thefts or any kind of police reports made the entire time this facility has been operational! If you have to store things this is the place to go! I like the convenience of having the rental trucks on site. There are plenty of carts and an elevator available for your friends to help you get your stuff inside! Each unit has an alarm and a sprinkler system. I don't have to worry about the candles melting either, it stays a comfortable temperature inside. Receiving deliveries is a plus for me too! The management team is the best!
