Bad service, summarizes my experience. Ordered straight off the menu Caesar salad with Spicy batter chicken. The first time I got a Cobb salad. Second time I got a Cobb salad with spicy battered chicken. The third time I got a Caesar salad with spicy battered chicken that was so drenched in dressing only half was edible. I'm sure it pissed off the cook to have to make the salad 3 times, but it wasn't my fault. The bill came with an added Lava cake. I didn't complain to the manager. I have been once and only once. Their host staff was snotty and rude, then the food was terrible. We had a good server but the quality and selection of food did not suit anyone in our party. Where do I even begin? My Husband and I went to Snuffers for lunch around 11:30 AM on a Wednesday afternoon and received the worst service ever!!\r \r When we arrived there was a sign that read ""seat yourself"", so I thought we better let someone know we were there and proceded to tell a waitress in passing that we were going to seat outside. We went ahead and sat outside and sat outside and sat outside for a while!! Finally I got up went inside and flagged someone down and we finally got a waitress, or did we? The girl who came to our table said ""All the waiters are too busy so I am just going to get your drink order, I am in training"". We ordered our drinks, I ordered water and a strawberry margarita and my husband ordered a coke. The ""waitress"" said you cant have a margarita because we didnt order food and its before noon. Well, I am a restaurant manager in the area and know the laws and that is just simply not true, but seeing as how she was in training I let it slide and said well, we WANT to order food now!! She took our order and it was very simple!! She wrote it down!! She got it wrong!!! When my husband and I received our food (from a different server with her really long hair down and blowing in the wind) ther wasnt any cheese on our cheeseburgers. We waited and waited for someone to come back and of course no one did, so I went inside to hunt someone down, mind you there were only 3 other tables in the entire restaurant, couldnt locate anyone until I found a man that was dressed like a manager and handed him my burger and told him I needed cheese. The man was semi friendly and said he would take care of it. My husband went ahead and ate his, he couldnt wait. I went back to sit down and my burger was right behind me, I thought that was fast! The manager brought my burger back with cheese, cold cheese, as in not melted at all!! GROSS! Anyway, I was highly annoyed by our entire expierence with Snuffers and will not return to that location.
