I AM OWNER OF TWO DOGS AND CHRISTY AT SNOW CAPA MOBILE PET GROOMING IS THE ONLY DOG GROOMER I WOULD ALLOW TO HANDLE MY DOGS. SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HANDLES HERSELF VERY PROFESSIONALLY. SHE LISTENS TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND SUGGEST WHAT SHE THINKS IS THE BEST WAY TO GROOM YOUR PET. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH CHRISTY IN ALL THE YEARS I USED HER. SHE CALLS TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. IN ADDITION, WHILE SHE IS GROOMING YOUR PET IF SHE SEE ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY SHE LETS YOU KNOW BEFORE IT GETS OUT OF HAND SO YOU CAN TAKE IT TO THE VET TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. We have used Christy at Snow-Cappa for almost 30 years now...we/she is on our 3rd poodle, Fancy the 3rd. She is compassionate & took special care with Fancy 1 & 2 in their senior years and cried with us when they died. She doesn't hurry, takes extra time for your pet when needed. Snow-Capa Mobile Grooming were the only mobile groomer's in the area when I got my first poodle in 1980 and have always provided excellent, friendly service. Pros: Convenient, works to your schedule & dog stays home. Cons: None known. more

Kristy the groomer is very rude. they should have someone with better communication skills to represent their company. more
