We've been doing business with Snow Owl Designs for over 20 yrs. Rick designed and fabricated a 2nd wedding ring with channel set diamond to match the one I have. My engagement ring sits inbetween the two bands. You can't tell which ring is the original and which one Rick made. His work is that good. We upgraded my solitaire diamond to a carat with Rick's help. He designed an 18k gold choker (back in the day) and set a large blue topaz stone we purchased on our cruise in the setting of the choker. He has replaced prongs on my mounting over the years. He has cleaned my wedding rings free. He has provided appraisals of our jewelry for our insurance company. He is honest, trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. The staff at Snow Owl helped us look through books of custom design work that they had done and when we found a style that we liked, they helped us customize it to exactly what we wanted.
