Snips and Tips is a newly remolded salon in Wolcott CT. They specialize in hair, nails, and waxing. You will enjoy a richly decorated environment with state of the art equipment without a high price tag. The girls are lovely to be around and will do their very best to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend checking them out. more
