They picked my car up, quoted price, fixed it w/ in 2 days (1 day longer than they said) but that's ok the car works awesome and there shop is clean. They also had my car detailed when I picked it up. That was a nice touch. I would reccomend them to anyone I know. Pros: fast, clean more

After long and hard research on the internet I kept coming back to these folks. I think it was the family owned part and a lot of testimonials I read. I think I made a good decision based on that. They told me how much they thought it might cost, the price stayed the same, gave me a free loaner, and it seemed like a relatively painless process. Would reccomend them again. When I brought my car in they told me they couldn't tell what was wrong with it until they took it apart.After they took it apart they said they needed to rebuild the transmission and it would cost $2500.I asked if they would just put a new one in and they said ot would be more expensive.I argued that the tranny for my car new is only 1800 and labor for a new one would be less time.They told me they knew what was best and if I didn't want to leave it there it would be $500 for me to pick it up because they took it apart to see what was wrong with it.They called a week later and said they fixed it and put it back in but it's not working correctly.I wish I would have not let them tell me they knew what was best b/c that is not the case.Now it's 2 1/2 weeks.I still don't have my car & it has been in the same spot for at least 5 days.When I went in to talk to them the guy wouldn't even get off the phone so I could talk to him.He stayed on the phone while I tried to ask him some questions.He said my car was in the same spot b/c they needed to wait for room in the shop and he would have to talk to me later. Well I found from an inside source that people who brought their car after me were getting a spot in the shop before me b/c their car was an easier fix. I wish I had more space to explain how awful this place has been b/c there is more.I would like to think they are doing their best but when someone doesn't want to talk to you about the service they are providing then there is defiately something wrong.I call & they won't even tell me if it's going to cost me more or what & they won't return my calls when they don't know the answers right away.I have contacted the police & the County Commissioner.I don't think car places should get away with this kind of thing.I am a hard working person who is trying to raise a family & shouldn't be taken advantage of.They did give me a rental but I still have to pay for insurance on it and after this long its like paying a car note.
