Really bad customer service when I wanted a gun sent back to smith and wesson (but that's another story) the first two times i drove the 30 miles (one way) to Snappy's no one in the gun department had any idea what to do about sending a pistol back or if it even needed to be sent back, when I finally did want to get a replacement from S&W (since the pistol was deemed dangerous to fire at the factory) snappy's wanted $50 for an ffl transfer fee!!! They won't be getting any more of my money.
