I am looking for a gym that fits my needs so I was searching online and came across snap fitness, in draper, Utah. It's in a great location, unlimited tanning, massage chairs, it seems like a pretty great deal for what they are asking for. So I call the Manager Hollie and set up an appointment for later that day. I ask her what time would work best for you and she told me three. Perfect, I'll be there :) So i drive there it's only like a ten minute drive from my apartment in South Jordan and I'm there a little early and no one is there. So I wait ten minutes just watching the cars to see if she is coming, and then I wait another ten minutes, still nothing. So I decided to call her, no response. And then I thought maybe she is driving so another ten minutes go by and I call her one more time and still no answer, then I text her and she never responded. So I finally just leave after a half hour of waiting I decided the gym I want to go to should revolve around my schedule and if the first impression isn't that way, how is the rest of my time with them going to go. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time with a manager who can't even put potential business at a higher priority than how she treated me. I can't even think about how she treats her customers that already have memberships. She will go out of business if she continues to treat people that way.
