Due to poorly trained plumbers and old, barely running equipment I will NEVER use this company again! Learn from my 500 dollar lesson, they will not do the work necessary in an hour like the website says. And frankly, the "customer service" I received from the supervisor when I tried to make a complaint about the service I paid for, was pitiful!!! It took me days to speak to a supervisor and always had to wait for him to call me only to find out that they will stand behind a plumber who took four hours to do the same job another company did for me in 45 minutes and the other company charged me one-fifth of the price!!!!!! more

Beware!!!! 5/11/2011

Snake 'n' Rooter does not stand by their warranty. I had to get another person out to fix my drain line; when Snake only went out 30" feet; should have snaked out to 100" feet. You're just throwing a way your money using them and they don't stand by their warranty!!!! more

Honesty and Integrity do exist in the plumbing business. 11/25/2008

Just a quick recommendation. The techs. are fast, knowledgeable, personable, etc. The company stands behind their work. I honestly can't say if the price is comparable to other companies but the customer service is the best I've encountered in a very long time. I will be a repeat customer. (Hopefully not to soon!) more
