If you ever need a Brooklyn immigration attorney I would recommend Smotritsky Law Group. They helped me through a difficult situation when I was robbed in Brooklyn and went to the police. I wound up as the criminal and was being held as an illegal immigrant when I am here on a visa. The attorney was quick to get the facts in front of a judge who ordered my release. I was so relieved and I want to thank my lawyer from Smotritsky Law Group. more

There was a time in my life only a year ago when I did not know where to turn or who to go to. I was out of work and buried in debt from credit cards. When I lost my job I started using the cards to pay my rent and utilities and it was catching up fast. I had to do something so I called the Brooklyn bankruptcy attorney, Smotritsky Law Group. They were able to get her released. 8/8/2011

My Sister was visiting me from Ireland and was detained because she did not have her passport. It was back in her hotel room in her luggage. She had only been here for a day and she went into the wrong pub for a beer which was targeted by immigration. I called the Brooklyn Immigration lawyer Smotritsky Law Group and they were able to get her released. more
