Great movers! We moved from a home we had for 25 years to a new home! Keith worked with us when we moved the date several times due to an issue with our buyers escrow. His crew was on time friendly and hard working. The wrapped everything that might get scratched and packed the truck effectively for one trip. They unloaded without dinging the walls. Would highly recommend more

We used these guys to move all of our furniture, appliances, and other large items locally. Jim came out to look at our place for an estimate. He estimated 5.5-6 hours to do the job. I was hopeful that I could cut that down to 3-3.5 hours by having everything disassembled and ready to go when they got there. It ended up taking 5.5 hours, but I'm sure glad I didn't attempt this move with a Uhaul on my own. It would have taken us at least an entire day, even with the help of friends. Steve and Brandon showed up on time and did a great job. Everything was handled and packed into their truck with great care. They worked quickly, never slowed down, and didn't stop until the move was finished. Thank you for making our move less stressful. more

Great customer service. If you need to move out town or within the city, Jesse can make it happen. He came to do the estimate and dropped it off himself (Jesse the owner) in our new place in Elk Grove CA. Very easy to talk to. We put our items in the boxes and they sweeped a 2 bedroom apt and put my car on a trailer in less than 3 hrs. Very fast and reliable. They delivered from Bakersfield to Elk Grove the next day. So do not hesitate to call them for moving services and at least ask a quote. Low prices guaranteed. Jesse is the guy to talk to. Some bosses just sit behind the desk, but Jesse drove the truck out of town and delivered/carried the boxes inside our apt. Very hardworker! more

I recently had to relocated from Bakersfield, CA to San Diego, CA and was in desperate need of a moving company. My fiancé and I did some research and decided to go with Smooth Move USA. Going into the move I was extremely stressed because we have some valuable pieces of furniture that we were hoping did not get scratched. I can honestly say that I did not find one scratch on any piece of furniture we put into their hands. Highly recommend! more

Was very impressed by this group of guys that moved us. They arrived 10 minutes early and went full speed immediately. We bought food a couple times and they ate while working. Never stood around. I really appreciated their good attitudes. These guys were not milking it. The owner stopped by as they were finishing just to see how we liked the service. more

My parents hired Smooth Move to accomplish a move here in Bakersfield. My parents are not easily impressed, yet they could not stop raving about how great these guys were. They took great care with the furniture and made sure that all the boxes were placed in the appropriate rooms. They worked hard all day long and had a wonderfully positive attitude. For a hardworking, trustworthy crew to move your possessions, we highly, highly recommend Smooth Move. more

Wow! My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with Smooth Move. Charles and Steven were careful but efficient. They had quoted us 6 1/2 hours, but were done an hour early. With that said, they did not cut any corners. They were very careful with our things. They were mindful when loading and unloading, always laying down mats to avoid damaging the floor or doorways. They were communicative with each other and with us. And they hustled!! Charles and Steven even went FAR above and beyond when we were having exceptional difficulty moving a stubborn treadmill. But they were resourceful and came up with a solution. They made sure everything was just where and how we wanted. They were more than accommodating. We just can say enough nice things about this company--professional, courteous, careful, and hardworking. I recommend them highly. more

I recently moved into a new home and used Smooth Move. I can't say enough about the job they did. Nick and STEPH were hilarious and had energy like you wouldn't believe. I'm glad those two were the ones that helped me out...their humor definitely helped make my move less stressful. I hope I never move again but if I do Smooth Move will be getting a phone call from me. I HIGHLY recommend them and if you want to have a good time, you need to request Nick and Steph. more

Great moving company! 8/24/2013

They moved us faster than we expected! They were very professional and I would recommend. They did accidentally break my sons bookshelf and clock buuuut they reimbursed us immediately with an apology. And there are NO hard feelings about it. We will still use them in the future :) more

Smooth Move came in and very polite and courteous. I have lots of expensive furniture. They took the time to Saran wrap everything and move it. I didn't have one problem. They moved a pool table and all kinds of stuff. more
