If your koshar don't come for the Beef Ribs-Yeah they're Fred Flintstone huge -but grizly and not alot of meat. The St. Louis Pork ribs are the piece de resistance. These ribs are what makes lt worthwhile to wait 45 minutes for a table. Come with an appetite because they do give you plenty of food and I don't suggest taking home a doggy bag. Eat it while it's hot off the BBQ!!
