Being a Saturn owner I was worried who would continue to provide service for my vehicle after Saturn went out of service. I stopped by your dealership and spoke with William Rogers in the service department. I told him my dilema and he made a quick glance at a schedule, looked up at me and said ""no problem, how's Tuesday sound""? That was the next day. I smiled and said ""wait, that is too easy, there must be weeks delay with multiple cancels and hassels"". He said no problem ""we'll get 'er dun"". He was totally amazing, then the next day when I serviced my vehicle, cleaned and washed it!! It was like when I bought it new off the lot. There wasn't even any question about the pre paid service contract I bought for the car. They just did it. Everyone in the service center were totally amazing. Wow, just like the old days when customer service was first and foremost. Your service department and most especially Mr. Rogers, deserve a BIG yahoo! I personally continue to brag about them every chance I get.
