This restaurant has some of the best service in the restaurant business. The greater are top notch and even if you must wait in line for a table, they are friendly and upbeat. Friday nights are crowded. Lunch is the perfect time to dine here and they offer a lunch menu is one of the best in town. The serving staff is excellent. Even at the end of a busy day, the staff is friendly and helpful. The chicken is great! Parking near the restaurant in Jefferson Pointe is rough on Friday and Saturday evenings. If you don't mind walking a little ways, there are plenty of free spaces on the other side of the outdoor shopping mall. more

Yummy bbq!! 4/13/2006

I just recently tried Smokey Bones for the first time. I'm one of those people that has to be in a "mood" to eat bbq. I was in a "mood" a few weeks ago and my husband jumped at the chance to try a restaurant he had heard so many great things about. There was about a 20 minute wait when we got there, but I didn't think that was bad considering the place was packed. We actually ended up getting seated in about 10 minutes. The service was fast and friendly and the menu is reasonably priced for a bbq joint. The food was phenomenal!! I have never had just good bbq in my life! YUM! Suffice it to say, I am in a bbq mood a lot more often now!! more

Great BBQ 3/25/2006

One sniff and you will know why this place is always busy. Some of the best BBQ I have ever had is served here. They sell ribs,brisket, pulled pork, you name it. Everything is extremely tasty and will bring you back for more. Being that it's located in Jefferson Point Shopping Center, it's a great place to grab a bite to eat after a long day of shopping. You can't miss it, just follow your nose. more

Yummy food, good service, great atmosphere 6/18/2005

Smokey Bones is usually always busy, and if you visit you'll see why. I'm not even a fan of BBQ ribs, but I love their chicken dishes. The kids' meals are excellent and reasonable as well. I like the way they allow substitutions of other items to replace the fries, thereby letting me create more healthy meals. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere (like a lodge) is really neat. There are TV's mounted all around for you to watch (although it's pretty noisy so you may not hear much). Be sure to tell them if someone in your party's having a birthday - they'll bring out a huge delicious slice of cake! more
