At first I thought they were a little rude because they were talking about another customer right in front of me, until I started listening. They were going out of their way to help a customer whose car was out of warranty, and they were going to take a large hit just to help the customer. That shows a lot about a business. I will be going back their for all my car issues. more

It's just getting my truck smogged, yet the friendly and clearly professional behind the counter made it a bit more; suggestion for a place to have breakfast ( and it was a good one!) the work was timely done, as predicted- I'll be going back! more

I received good customer service. While waiting for my car I overheard another customer's interaction with the tech. He was very thorough with an explanation about why her car would not pass. He gave her advise about how to best approach her needed repairs and BAR website for financial assistance of necessary. more
