My wife brought in a 2009 Prius with only 10,000 miles. They told her she needs a cabin air filter, so she told them if it needs it do it. Then when I found out that she was charged $65 for a cabin filter on a 10,000 mile car I went in and demanded to see the original filter. It was PERFECT, no dirt whatsoever. In fact over half the air filters they pulled out of the dumpster in their search were almost new. I got a prompt refund, but my point here is that there is DISHONESTY. When a professional recommends work you normall assume that the CAR needs the repair, not their pocket book. Dan DeBusschere
