3 times in a charm for me. Today I walked out after the entire self scan when down after 10 minutes of waiting to fix it so I could pay, they offered to open up a lane.... I then had 3 minutes to get to work. Last week I had a similar problem and the attendant was not in the area.. I had to ask a employee if they could get someone for me... she yelled over for the person to come over and help and i heard her say no. I am certain she was kidding but my patience was not there. A few days before the scanner was down and the acted like it was my fault. I talked to several of my peers who have expressed similar issues. There was another person from my office there today when I was there and finally had to ask if he could go to another register. He waited 10 minutes longer than I did to buy 2 drinks. I think they will know who I am as I used my rewards card.
