The work done on my car was just fine. However, the communication between the office and myself was horrible. They NEVER called me to update me on the repair. I called them every few days and was always told to call back and that the repair was not ready due to a reason that was acceptable. On November 26, I called and was told that it was ready except for detailing. I was also told that they would call me back after the detailing was done. I did not hear back. I should have know better. I called on November 27 and left a voice mail message to call me. They did not. The next day was Thanksgiving and then Thanksgiving Friday and weekend. On Monday, December 2, I called and was told to pick it up. I did. They had marked the car as ""ready for pickup"" on November 26 and therefore the rental car company has charged me for the rental from November 27 to December 2. I am working with State Farm to get it changed, but I am not having much success after being on the phone with them all morning. This all happened to me for someone running into me - an accident at which I was not at fault. Let the buyer beware!!! I would not use this body shop. I am sure there are ones in the area that are just as good and have a level of customer service above this - which was no customer service. I expected to be treated better.
