Fees:
In most cases, we charge for our services on an hourly fee basis. We also charge for certain expenses incurred in a case. In personal injury cases, we typically charge for our services on a contingency fee basis, which means that our fees are based on a percentage of the amount recovered. If there is no recovery in a personal injury case, there is no fee. Whether or not there is any recovery, however, the client may be responsible for certain expenses incurred during the handling of the case.
